It is proved beyond doubt that Pakistan has been exporting terrorist to India in the name of so called Jihad and thereby causing regional instability in this region . Terrorism has been adopted as a state Policy of the Pakistani Government .The very presence of Osama Bin Laden in Abotabad is the hard evidence that it harbour terrorist in the name of Islam. It is for the greater interest of the world to tame Pakistan immediately and make it disarmed with nuclear arsenal and dismantling of all terror camp. Therefore Pakistan should be declared a Terror state immediately.
