Because it is encouraging terrorist activities , Terrorists are choosing Pakistan country as a den ( bin laden, dawood etc.) creating horror to humanity & social life to it's own citizens ( like: incident where innocent school children's were killed by terrorists in an army school ) as well as neighboring countries.
