The latest attack by Pakistani backed terrorists on Indian army base in Uri which took lives of 17 Indian soldiers has outraged Indians and other communities around the world. It is time to accept the reality that Pakistan has been providing a safe haven for terrorists, therefore to designate it for what it is: a state-sponsor of terrorism.
Pakistan has a long history of sponsoring terror in India... It calls its state-backed terrorists "non-state actors"... It calls its terrorists "good Taliban", it took years to explain it to Europeans and Americans that "good" in this context means evil”. Pakistan has used the strategy of infiltration and guerrilla warfare leading to many attacks.
Pakistan continues to provide a safe haven to Hafiz Saeed, the mastermind of the 26/11 terror attack.
