There are many Reasons/Proofs for declaring Pakistan a Terrorist State.
Some of them are:-
*Pakistan is home of Terrorist organisations like LeT, Jaish-ae-Mohmd, IM etc.
*Pakistan govt not only gives shelters to all terrorists but also nurture them, financially helps them.
*Many alive terrorists have been caught in India who have admitted that Pakistan Govt, Pak Army and ISI helps terrorists to use against India.
*World knows that Osama Bin Laden was caught hidden at its Hometown in Pak by US Army. This means that Pakistan is Home of all dangerous terrorists.
I thinks above written are sufficient reasons to prove that Pakistan is Terrorist state
