Because Pakistan regularly export terrorist to all countries including India. INDIAN govt gives lots of dosior and capture two live terrorist. So we the people of India who believe in peace and respect to all, but we are living in terror. Not only us but many countries like Bangladesh, Afghanistan etc are suffering like a cancer. So only one solution to declare terrorist state.
