Declare the Pakistani Inter-Services Intelligence agency as a terrorist organization.

At the core of Pakistan's support to militant agencies such as the Taliban movement in AFG and Pakistan, Al Qaeda, 12 domestic and 32 Trans-national terrorist groups sits its intelligence agency the ISI. The agency actively dictates the country's destructive foreign policy towards its neighbours, especially Afghanistan and India and the United States. ISI's top leadership views the US as an occupying force in the region and have actively promoted violence against US personnel, its interests and their counterparts in Afghanistan. The agency's links to Al Qaeda leader prior to 9/11 attacks are well documented, so is the its support to the terrorist leader until his death in Abbottabad, Pakistan. The agency continues to support and harbour terrorist training camps throughout the country.
