Declare the petitions for Secession from the United States null and void due to non-verification of signators

Secession from the Union is an extremely serious matter. Signatures on existing petitions cannot be verified as not being multiples, or out of state signatures, thus, existing petitions carry no voracity in law, and require nullification. States may re-petition having met the following requirements
in the petition:
1.States agree that residents/ entities against secession be granted resident status, without prejudice, and that they retain all property owned by them.
2. Signators prove identity and residence in State of petition.
3. Signators be made aware before signing the petition document constitutes renouncement of U. S. citizenship, to include all rights and benefits.
4. States provide signatures of 51% of citizens over 18 on said petition within 30 days of petition submission.
