We the people of the United States of America hereby petition that President Barack Obama be named the U.S. Gun Salesman of the Century. We believe that the President's policies both internally and abroad have directly lead to a distinct increase in the sale of firearms during 2012. We the people believe that the fear of excess governmental control and a weakening U.S. currency, coupled with the , er... less than potent image portrayed by the administration, has greatly increased the demand for personal protection in the States. While as a nation we acknowledge that there may be a more suitable candidate within the next 88 years, we are willing to assume that there will not be, and extend this petition and offer, much like the Noble committee did.
