to declare Puerto Rico the 51 state in response to the 2012 referendum

To push the Obama administration to declare Puerto Rico as the 51st and have the house and congress and Senate take a vote on it when when the New house of representatives and Senate and congress is appointed in 2015 and have the America people vote in response to the 2012 referendums which voters in Puerto Rico for the first time voted statehood to join the United states as it 51st state of the union
