Declare Puerto Rico the 51st state, or an independent territory.

I myself, am not from Puerto Rico, but believe it should be given equal acknowledgement from the U.S. Puerto Rico is larger in size than Rhode Island and Delaware.It is also more populous than 22 other states. Sure it may be difficult, and if it is, let them become independent. They should not be a territory any longer.
