As associate state commonwealth Puerto Rico Law cannot go over federal law and or the US constitution Or deny its citizens rights granted under the constitution "
Puerto Rico Guns laws denys the right to keep use or bear firearms as a right , they enforce permits, demand payment for such permits so the citizen is forced under a privilege system to obtain such permits under economic burden and bureaucratic red tape , in fact being a basic right denied to american citizen under its US constitution "
