The people listed in this petition are innocent of any violent actions and should be provided freedom. Shaker Aamer has no charges of wrong doing. Pvt. Manning was the only one who was not complicit in covering up murders & attempted murders of innocent people, including journalists and children. Leonard Pelitier has had evidence of innocence of his false accusation of a crime & besides the FBI on the reservation had no right to open fire without warning on the Native American people on the reservation. Mumia Abu-Jamal has had evidence of being wrongly accused. Finally Julius Assange has not been covicted of any crime; if he has information on the many war crimes the U.S. is guilty of than he should be protected as a journalist.
