Declare the religion of atheism to be a religion.

Religion is a belief in a concept. Atheists believe in nothing.
Nothing is a concept, not a physical reality. Nothing cannot exist according to our present understanding of space, time. Therefore atheism is a bona fide religion and should be declared so and not afforded any greater rights than religions that believe in the concept of God. The Constitution prevents the government from promoting any religion and therefore the government should stop promoting the religion of atheism.
