People are being constantly bombarded with invasive robo-calls from many different organizations, including commercial firms using overseas call centers. They do not respect the "do not call" list and provide fraudulent phone numbers. It's time to attack all of the perpetrators, from political action groups to "credit card services" and force the phone companies to disclose the actual account owners and their physical locations. Nations who harbor these operations should be sanctioned and fined.
