Declare the San Bernardino shooting as a terrorist attack and act of war and provide resources to combat further attacks

The San Bernardino shooting was a terrorist act and needs to be treated as such. The Obama administration's refusal to combat these attacks on our own soil are costing lives. I petition that the government join with our allies in France and the UK in taking down major ISIS strongholds both abroad and on American soil, including running sweeps in jihadist hotspots. These attacks are increasing in number worldwide and are coming closer to home. It is time to act, not passively sit discussing gun control.
