We, the fans of the San Diego Chargers, ask for, under extreme duress, the interventation of the White House to appoint a "football czar" to run the Chargers football team. The Chargers and the City of San Diego have a operating agreement with Qualcomm Stadium that has been abused. The Chargers have ignored NFL market trends that losing football is not good domestic policy and have continued to punish the good citizens of San Diego with the same tired policies of past tyrants which has culimated in a now guaranteed third straight season of non-winning football. Generally accepted sporting principles support the basic human right that all fans have the right to expect hope and progress in their club's operation and dedication to winning. Like Detroit in 2009, we need help. Norv must go.
