The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA or MUNI) on time arrival statistics are dismal, below 60%. If you are tired of their talk and no action, sign this petition. I propose that we cap their federal funding at the current year's funding and whatever their annual on time performance is, that is the percentage of funding they should receive. For example, if their funding is $1, and their annual on time performance is 58%, they should only get 58 cents. I'm tired of asking myself if I should take MUNI or drive when I know that driving is the only way I will get their on time. Hurt them until they make substantive changes to the system.
