We the People oppose any legislation that bans certain handguns, shotguns, or rifles by name, make, or model and believe that the proposed gun ban is illegal and unconstitutional under the 2nd Amendment of the United States Constitution. We the People oppose any restrictions on handguns, shotguns, and rifles and believe that the Second Amendment gives us the liberty to carry any handgun, shotgun, or rifle of our choosing. A gun ban list if passed by Congress and signed into law by the President of the United States would infringe upon our right to carry specific handguns, shotguns, or rifles. If legislation on a gun ban is passed the American people will no longer be free men, but slaves to the federal government.
