Tsarnaev did terrible things but I think we as a country are losing our heads. We are talking about a 19 year old kid, and his 26 year old brother who was killed. We have seen people talk about water boarding him (trump) and now a former POW wants more or less to throw him into Guantanamo bay and lose the key.
The Whitehouse should call for McCain to be an enemy combatant as he is undermining the judicial system of the country, and attempting to remove the rights our citizens, which is the point of terrorism.
Graham is enabling McCain's terrorism and should be declared also.
