Given that evidence now exists that separatists in the Ukraine were responsible for shooting down MH Flight 17, the President should use his powers as Commander in Chief to declare the separatists as a terrorist organization, and use all tools in our arsenal against the Global War on Terror (drones, seizing of assets of any one helping the separatists, etc) immediately.
