Declare September 13th Tupac Shakur Day.

I believe that Mr. Obama and his administration should declare September 13th a national holiday for Tupac Shakur Memorial Day. I believe it should be September 13th because this was the day he was assassinated. I find merit for a Tupac Shakur national holiday because of the fact that his wonderful music inspired lower-class teens across the nation to achieve their goals, and has been the inspiration to other great Hip-Hop artists which continue to reach out to these kids today in place of Mr. Shakur. I also find merit for this because he is much like Martin Luther King Jr. in that he was a black icon that was assassinated, and January 21st is a national holiday in memorial of MLK Jr.
