This petition is for the express purpose to declare by executive order, that the U.S. Citizen, Shawn Gudbergsson, be named an official "Bad Ass" of America.
With this tile, the American Bad Ass is allowed to bitch slap any elected official when that official makes a stupid remark, (like legitimate rape or science is from Satan) or votes in a non favorable manner on any bill that is for the benefit of the American people.
This includes the President, Vice President, every member of Congress, every member of the Senate, and all of the House of Representatives, and any state Governor.
This title also extends to members of the media under FCC license. Including but not limited to Bill O'reilly, Glen Beck, Peirs Morgan, Sean Hannity, Chris Mathews, Al Sharpton, and Rush Limbaugh.
