Declare the Slashing of US Ambassador in South Korea a Terrorist Attack from North Korea

Dear Mr. President,
Though not lethal, the attack on the US diplomat in S. Korea carried a certain symbolic gesture which deeply concerns me. As a philanthropic, pacifist resident of US, and as a proud citizen of S. Korea, I would like the US government to eliminate the source of this attack. The attacker holds the South Korean citizenship, but he should really be considered North Korean given his political alignment and past records. He is responsible for not only this attack but also for assaulting the Japanese ambassador a few years ago. A member of the pro-North faction, he has created numerous political dissensions, in order to bring social instability in the South as the North wishes. In order to bring long lasting justice, please classify this man as a North Korean terrorist.
