Declare Snowden a hero and stop all investigations on him. Begin investigations on the practice of spying on US citizens

Snowden should be declared a hero for his whistle blowing on the practices by the NSA. All charges against him should be dropped and the investigation stopped.

Instead please begin investigating the NSA and who is responsible for enacting all of the policies and programs to spy on U.S. citizens. These programs should be stopped immediately and the items giving the ability destroyed.
