For more than two weeks massive floods, storms, and tornadoes have swept across the State of Texas, with the worst being over the last week. These floods have left more than twelve people dead, in addition to four who are still missing, and have also claimed millions of dollars in property damage.
We petition the Obama Administration to declare a State of Disaster for Texas, seeing as the State of Oklahoma has already received one, leaving Texas to fend for itself.
