Declare a state of emergency, and call for a new round of paper-only, hand-counted ballots in "FL" "NC" "PA" & "WI"

1) Republicans own all the voting machines;
2) Experts say they are so easy to hack that a middle school student could do it;
3) Four states WI, PA, NC and FL, were all in Hillary Clinton’s column according to exit polls but flipped to Trump’s column with the “vote count”;
4) Courts generally won’t allow elections officials to see the computer code or often even the paper trail;
5) Hacking often leaves no trace;
6) In PA and FL, they do not even keep a paper trail;
