The gas leak at Porter Ranch in California has been going on for far too long. If local and State agencies cannot promptly plug the leak, the federal government should step in and try to help fix the problem. Please declare a State of Emergency and have the EPA bring all necessary resources, including scientific and technical expertise, to the task of shutting down the Porter Ranch gas leal.
