If the Obama Administration declares a State of Emergency on Gun Violence, he would have the authority to take drastic measures in preventing Gun Violence.
He would be able to:
- Monitor all gun sales
- Ban assault weapons
- Ban those on the Terror Watch List from purchasing guns
- Require the manufacturing of 'Smart' Guns
