We The People demand that the Time Lord known as “The Doctor” is declared an Honorary US Citizen. The Doctor has saved the earth (and it turn America) countless times from both enemies both foreign and domestic. In fact, in 1969 he personally advised and helped President Nixon against a foe long since forgotten. We the People demand that The Doctor is honored and welcomed with open arms into America.
