Declare the Trix rabbit an enemy of the state.

Everyone loves Trix. Especially children, however for years now there have been reports of the rabbit, known only as "The Trix Rabbit" making attempts to steal Trix from children since the late 1950's. He is even been seen on NATIONAL TELEVISION making attempts at stealing from mere children. In recent weeks there has been talk of protecting our children, so if there was ever a time to declare this rabbit child terrorist an enemy of the United States, now is the time. Our children are our most important resource, and if they cannot properly develop because they constantly have to worry about their Trix being stolen, they will not properly develop, creating a generation of paranoid, frightened adults, which will ultimately put our national security at risk.
