United Nations "Resolution 260 CONVENTION ON THE PREVENTION AND PUNISHMENT OF THE CRIME OF GENOCIDE" Articles: 1-8 shall be enforced in keeping with Protecting the Posterity of The United States as of Declared in this Petition on the Fourteenth of November, Two-Thousand and Twelve (2012).

As stated and enforced in the Preamble to The Constitution:
... To ourselves and our Posterity...

Any laws, statutes, and social conditions to subvert Posterity will be considered Genocide as stated in U.N. Resolution 260, signed and ratified in full force on the Ninth day of December, One Thousand Nine-Hundred Forty-Eight (1948).
