Every state in the nation has a vexatious litigant statute which can be used against a plaintiff representing himself in a court complaint. the defendant, often a powerful, wealthy corporate or government entity, can use this statute to shut down the plaintiff's complaint by denying them any access to the court solely on the basis that they are representing themselves and on the fictitious accusation that the complaint was filed with the sole intent to 'vex or harass' the defendant. the Plaintiff has no equivalent legal strategy to match the underhanded power of this kind of a tactic, and is left without recourse or justice, unable to file any further complaints without first getting permission from the same judge who granted the use of this unconstitutional statute against the plaintiff.
