Declare voting day each year a federal paid holiday that must be observed by all US companies.

This is an important step to increase the voter turnout among workers whom often have to otherwise go to the polls very early, very late or make up missed hours (and are not using the absentee ballot method). Encourage this civic duty by removing barriers to voter turnout.
