The terrorist group ISIL has committed numerous atrocities in the Middle East against Christians, Muslims, Kurds, and other minorities in Iraq and Syria and supported acts of terror across the globe. The current US campaign of airstrikes has not been sufficient enough to stop ISIL from gaining more territory and terrorizing people. The United States should use large scale military force to counter ISIL and stabilize the region.
