Declare a "War on Culture" that will address the root causes of the increased violence in America.

There is clearly a cultural issue in our country. With the increasing levels of violence and other disturbing signs, there needs to be a "War on Culture" declared to figure out the root causes of our changing cultures. The sooner we learn these causes, the sooner we will begin to diagnose the problems and more importantly, reverse our cultural trends for the better. If we fail to immediately address the moral deterioration we are facing, it will continue to deteriorate and drag our country even lower. This "War on Culture" must focus on the youngest Americans, perpetuating a new cultural focus.
