ISIL(Isis) has been killing innocent victims for years, very violently. We can not "partly" fight them by sending troops to advise Kurdish forces. This will not get anything done. And after an American troop was killed this week, we can not do what we have been doing. This is a never ending cycle. But if we declare war on isis (ISIL) we will end the terroristic events they are causing. I am calling on congress to declare war on ISIS. This will grant more forces to combat Isis. If we continue to stay in this holding pattern, we are just spinning our wheels and wasting time. It is time to act.
