declare "waste" a natural resource to invigorate development of new jobs by creating a recycling industry.

Created by D.J. on September 22, 2011

America's exploitation of its rich resources has driven job growth and industry throughout its history. Although more and more of our citizens live in poverty, innovation no longer comes from need, rather profit only.
America is creating mountains of "waste" which is full of value. By "mining" the refuse full of the important elemental components of our lifestyle and promoting the use of these secondary raw materials, we can not only reduce the impact on our environment, we can create jobs for labor, encourage innovation in energy use, product development, reclamation technologies, and literally re-create areas that were originally for recreation, turn blight into industry and tap into the aspect of our American Character that thrives on problem solving with a unified goal.
