Declare "WikiLeaks" and “Guccifer” as a Techno Terrorist Organizations and the members of such as Terrorist.

In light of the observations "WikiLeaks" and “Guccifer” and other such organizations continue unimpeded with the assault on the American system, it seems clear that such organization groups are at war with the U.S. and continue to significally damage the national security and well as the country’s image. Mr. President, please declare "WikiLeaks" and “Guccifer” and other such organizations and their members and supporters as Techno Terrorist.
