take action against Pakistan "sponsoring terrorism, helping terrorism" and declared status to Pakistan as terrorism state... India only make relationship with Pakistan on condition of if Pakistan make such action to remove terrorism in Pakistan and Stop sponsoring terrorism, helping terrorism.
