Marijuana is currently classified under federal law as a schedule 1 drug which is to say that it has no medicinal value. As recent studies would support, this classification is not appropriate. Cannabis has proven health benefits and should not be classified as a dangerous drug along with the likes of heroin. We the people would like congress to end the prohibition of marijuana and instead allow responsible use with the same type of regulations as alcohol and tobacco.
With proper education and continued research more people will see the benefits of thc and cbd. Let's Legalize America.
