Marijuana should be legalized Federally because, it is less harmful than alcohol and it is already used by millions. We need to have it in stores where there are the same security measures as alcohol. Washington State and Colorado have legalized Cannabis and are in the beginning of a new business opportunities.City and County Moratoriums are blocking new business because it is Federally Illegal. This new Legalized sale of Marijuana will benefit all aspects of the economy with increased tax revenue at the State and Federal level. Legalization, will also make it harder for our children to obtain it. It is here in every State in the U.S. obtained illegally by our youth and sold to our children. Stop the illegal drug trafficking of Marijuana and protect our children by legalizing Marijuana.
