In early October, our intelligence services told us that "the Russian Government directed the recent compromises of e-mails from U.S. persons and institutions, including from U.S. political organizations."
Now, several senators who serve on relevant committees have asked the White House to release more information. In a letter sent to President Obama on November 29, the senators wrote, “We believe there is additional information concerning the Russian Government and the U.S. election that should be declassified and released to the public."
We urge the President to declassify this information as soon as possible.
As Americans, we must always put country above party, and the public deserves to know about any and all attempts to interfere in our elections.
