Mr. President, you are already on record as supporting the declassification of the Senate's report on CIA abuses, enhanced interrogation techniques and torture committed under the Bush administration. You have the power to order the report's immediate declassification and release to the public.
The Senate completed its report fifteen months ago, but the CIA has continually worked to prevent its release. In light of the CIA's continued resistance to accountability for its actions, we petition you to order the Senate report's immediate declassification.
