Pakistan has emerged as the state which sponsors terrorism on its soil. Be the occurrence of terror attacks any where in the world , the roots of the terrorism and the terror organisation have always been came into notice from the soil of Pakistan.
Hence I believe that we must take a concrete decision to declare Pakistan a terror sponsoring state at this point of time a less it is to late to regret upon.
