Mr. President, you promised to expand clean, green energy
projects while maintaining current energy sources, NOT expanding petrocarbon usage. Oil companies have a dismal track record for maintaining pipelines--which are also vulnerable to vandalism & terrorism--and this pipeline will carry some of the dirtiest, inefficient oil there is, across 2000 miles.
