TPP would give American jobs to third and second world countries while lowering working conditions. It would free bankers from oversight and empower corporations to attack our environmental and health safeguards in the name of profits.
With wealthiest 20% of the USA population in possession of 80% of the wealth, the people who will profit from this the most are in the least need of it and hurt those who are the most vulnerable. Businesses need more customers- not profits.
Americans have spent the past 300 years fighting for their rights for safe working conditions, to earn a fair wages, and to make informed choices. Don't undue their hard work.
