As a female African American citizen in these United States of America, I am hereby requesting legislation on the federal and state level to please accept and advance this proposed “bill” to listen to the voice of the “African American” or “People of Color” and institute a constitutional mandate for all businesses corporate, private and educational institutions who conduct business/education within and out of the United States “must have” a cultural Diversity Initiative Practice (DIP) in place and on site, along with a monitor. The monitor must be a US citizen and be of African American descent and will be responsible for tracking cases and issues as they arise, help adjudicate a resolution and report out to government source.
