Many people in the United States want the Nissan r34 in the country. Despite its "safety and emissions", it can still be modified to meet requirements. People pay a lot of money to import it anyways. Why not lower the Import Ban year to stop that. People, car people, are in love with this car and would love to have it. No one should have to wait that long to get what they want.
