It's really simple. If taxpayers are suffering due to the actions (or lack thereof) of ALL politicians, then by all means their wallets and bank accounts should be suffering as well. We have just gone over the "fiscal cliff" and a bi-partisan decision has not been met (yet). It is a pure slap in the face of the American people when we are already at our breaking point, accept the fact that we have to pay a 2% increase in taxes and our politicians that we elected get a pay raise? Who voted for that action? I know I didn't and I am pretty sure that the 99% didn't either.
