Decrease the amount of nuclear weapons in Armed Forces inventory by 20% in the next 4 years.

This petition is to lower the number of nuclear weapons the U.S Armed Forces possesses by at least 20% in the next 4 years, in order for it to change its image of being a nuclear superpower to one that may be more widely accepted in the international community.
